What we build
The software does the work. The person decides.
Reading the document someone sent and putting the numbers where they belong. Keeping a specification current after one line of it changes. That work is real, it is manual, and it is already done by the time you open the file. What is left is judgement.
The model sits inside the product, not beside it.
Not a chat window bolted to a settings page. Anything a person can do here, the software can do too: the same buttons, the same fields, the same records. It says what it changed. Hand it the whole task or none of it; every control stays exactly where it was.
We take on the work people quietly do by hand.
Retyping a PDF into a comparison sheet. Rebuilding a specification because one finish changed. Unglamorous, high-volume, and exactly where software that acts on your behalf earns the trust to keep doing it.
PlanEatRepeat
A meal planner for households, not for cooks with time. It learns what a family already eats, builds the week around the nights that are actually free, and keeps the plan, the list and the leftovers in one place. You tell it what the week looks like; it does the arranging.

What we believe
People are moving from operating software to directing it.
Thirty years of interfaces taught us to do the work ourselves, one click at a time: open the file, pick the option, repeat. That model is ending. The instruction is becoming the interface, and the software is expected to carry it out and show its reasoning. Designing for that means fewer controls, clearer accountability, and an undo that always works.
Provenance is the durable part of the blockchain.
A public, verifiable record of where something came from and who holds it is a genuinely useful primitive: for records, licences, and the things people make. We treat it as infrastructure for ownership that outlives a company, not as an asset class. Nothing we build asks anyone to speculate on anything.
